Job Description As a Customer Service Representative, you ll be the first point of contact for patients and users of our Telehealth platform. Your role is critical in providing frontline support and ensuring a seamless customer experience across our services. You ll help create a compassionate, clear, and efficient support environment where patients feel heard and assisted with care.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the frontline representative for patient and provider inquiries.
Provide empathetic, timely, and effective responses via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot issues related to scheduling, platform navigation, and general service questions.
Escalate complex cases appropriately while maintaining ownership of the issue.
Document all interactions accurately and adhere to compliance standards.
Process data entry and sales operations, ensuring accurate order-to-cash transactions.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships by going the extra mile.
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
Key Requirements
Excellent Communication Skills, demonstrated through:

Patience and Composure
Clear and Concise Written Communication
Background in Telehealth, Healthcare, or Medical Environment
Prior experience working in a patient-support role is a strong asset.
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and medical terminology is a plus.
