Responsibilities
Manage a full patient load across skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and home visits.
Provide direct patient care, implement treatment protocols, and ensure accurate documentation.
Collaborate with clinical leaders to improve care quality and meet compliance standards.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Maintain certifications, credentials, and pursue wound care certification within a year if not already certified.
Must be Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with wound care experience and the ability to work independently.
Travel required; mileage reimbursed. Benefits include health/dental insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible schedule.
Potential annual earnings up to $200,000 with opportunities for certification-related increases.
