Clinical Liaison – Lifepoint Rehabilitation
Base pay range:
$79,040 – $83,200 per year, plus incentive plan.
Schedule:
Full‑time days.
Location:
Olympia Fields, IL.
About the role:
As a Clinical Liaison, you will coordinate patient intake and pre‑admission screening, assess patient appropriateness for admission at referring facilities, communicate rehabilitation options and expectations to patients and families, secure benefit information, and serve as the initial contact for external case managers and discharge planners.
Assist and coordinate intake and pre‑admission screening process
Perform on‑site clinical judgment to determine appropriateness of patient for admission
Communicate rehabilitation and facility options to patients and families; explain expectations and requirements for participation for those deemed appropriate for admission
Secure information relating to patients’ resources and benefits
Act as initial contact for external case management and discharge planner personnel with payors and hospital facilities

Qualifications:
Clinical licensure required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous clinical liaison, marketing, or healthcare sales experience
Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with physicians, nursing staff, discharge planners, case managers, and social workers
Previous clinical experience preferred with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Seniority level:
