Licensed Esthetician - Laser Certification (Part‑Time Float)

Location & Schedule Location:
5331 E Mockingbird Ln #130, Dallas, TX 75206
Schedule:
2‑3 shifts per week, minimum 4 weekend days per month
Compensation $25+ per hour (base on experience) plus incentive and commission.
Responsibilities
Perform skincare consultations and assessments.
Provide customized treatments: facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, etc.
Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable regimens and products.
Perform professional extractions and provide home‑care guidance.
Administer specialized treatments (acne, anti‑aging, skin rejuvenation).
Stay updated on industry trends through continuous education.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety standards.
Keep accurate client records.
Upsell retail products and recommend homecare routines.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with the team for a professional environment.
Assist in marketing skincare services, events, and products.
Qualifications
Certificate of completion of an esthetics program.
State Board Certification in Barber or Cosmetology.
Valid Laser Certification.
Current, unrestricted esthetician license in the state.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an esthetician.
