MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible Active/Unrestricted Medical License Completion of a Fellowship in Foot and Ankle surgery Education Required
Doctorate of Medicine Education Preferred
Doctorate of Medicine Experience
5-7 years Residency Training Required License and Certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred Licensed Physician Required Location
