LPN Licensed Practical Nurse 3pm to 11pm 32 to 40 hour and shift every other weekend
JOB SUMMARY A qualified Licensed Practical Nurse who will function as an RP (Responsible Person under DPH) administers skilled nursing care to residents on an intermittent basis at the facility. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the director of nursing and/or administrator. Services are furnished in accordance with facility policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of a state approved school of practical (vocational) nursing and currently licensed in the state of MA as a licensed LPN.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in nursing, preferred. Will consider new graduate as well who work as CNA/Caregivers for at least 1 years prior to nursing school.
Acceptance of philosophy and goals of client's Rest Home.
Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
