Therapy Management, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our experienced and collaborative therapy team at Corewell Health in Dearborn, MI. This role is primarily based in the skilled nursing setting and includes one consistent day per week in the outpatient building, offering a great clinical balance.
This is a full-time opportunity providing stability, variety, and the chance to make a meaningful impact while working within a supportive, therapist‑led environment.
Position Highlights
Provide skilled PT services primarily in the SNF setting, with one scheduled outpatient day per week
Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
Work in well‑equipped therapy gyms with strong interdisciplinary collaboration
Build meaningful relationships with patients, residents, and care teams
Benefit from strong clinical leadership and mentorship support
Requirements
Current Michigan Physical Therapist license
Strong communication and collaboration skills
SNF and/or outpatient experience preferred, but open to therapists eager to learn
Patient‑focused and team‑oriented mindset
