We are seeking a dedicated

Private Duty LPN - Trach Adult

to provide exceptional care in Virginia Beach, VA, every Thursday.

Responsibilities

Providing skilled nursing care to adult patients with tracheostomies

Monitoring vital signs and respiratory status

Managing trach care, suctioning, and ventilator support

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

Documenting patient care accurately and thoroughly

Collaborating with families and healthcare teams to ensure safety and comfort

Skills Needed

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Virginia

Experience with trach and ventilator care preferred

Strong clinical and communication skills

Ability to work independently and compassionately
