Club Hill Animal Clinic is a full‑service animal hospital located in the heart of Garland, TX.
We are dedicated to providing high‑quality, compassionate care for pets and their owners.
Our services include routine wellness care, surgery, in‑house diagnostics, urgent care for walk‑in cases, and pet boarding.
Job Description Animal restraint, triage of incoming patients, collection and analysis of lab samples, diagnostic imaging, management and nursing care of medical and hospitalized cases, administration of medications, communication of treatment plans with clients, surgical preparation and assistance, and anesthetic management.
Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises, and may be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste, and potentially contagious diseases.
Opportunities for virtual and hands‑on training are available.
Qualifications
Licensed veterinary technician; 1+ years experience preferred but not required.
Bilingual English/Spanish.
High work ethic and positive attitude.
Ability to arrive on time and ready to work.
Saturday availability.
Exceptional customer service skills and precise communication.
Ability to interpret medical records and record client history accurately.
Knowledge of preventative care, surgical procedures, and hospital flow.
Ability to restrain pets in a low‑stress, safe manner.
Proficient in sample collection (blood, urine, fecal, skin).
Ability to properly set‑up and process laboratory samples and tests.
Proficient in positioning and capturing radiographs; positioning for dental radiographs is a plus.
Proficient in anesthesia and surgical monitoring.
A self‑starter with a desire to advance knowledge and skill set.
Ability to receive constructive feedback professionally to maintain hospital efficiency.
