Physical Therapist – $4,000 Sign‑on Bonus – Home Healthcare Services – Plano, TX
Rehab at Home Healthcare Services is hiring a Physical Therapist to serve patients in Dallas County. We treat a wide geographic area that includes Garland, Mesquite, Dallas, Balch Springs, Irving, and Grand Prairie.
Position(s):
Full‑time, PRN, Contractor
Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program, be licensed in Texas, and be willing to treat patients in Dallas County.
Pay and Perks
$4,000 Signing Bonus for Full‑time
Pay $65‑$110 per hour
Training available for New Graduates/Full‑time
Temporary Salary Support for Full‑time

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient evaluations, reevaluations, and treatment.
Majority pediatric patients; geriatric patients included.
Assessment of prior and current level of functioning.
Setting appropriate goals.
Making appropriate discharge recommendations in accordance with standards of practice.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program of Physical Therapy.
License from the State of Texas as a Physical Therapist.
Valid Texas Driver’s License.
Experience
Recent Physical Therapist graduates are encouraged to apply!
Training available for New Graduates.
Any Home Care experience is a plus.
