Responsibilities
Provide exceptional care to residents and ensure each reaches the highest level of functioning.
Administer medication and oversee daily nursing operations.
Supervise CNAs to ensure high‑quality care for all residents.
Utilize continuous education and professional development opportunities to enhance expertise.
Qualifications
Current RN license from the State Board of Nursing.
Ability to work intimately with residents, physicians, and staff.
Capability to adhere to prescribed nursing standards.
