How You’ll Contribute
Coordinate staff scheduling, educational and development activities, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing, pharmacy, and other team members to determine, coordinate, and provide medical nutrition therapy.
Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of clinical services.
Maintain constant communication between all nursing areas and the registration area to facilitate a smooth patient throughput.
Provide basic direct patient care as needed.
Insert PICC lines when ordered; access Hickman catheters and port‑a‑Cath lines as needed.
Respond to in‑hospital emergencies and guide appropriate outcomes.
Treat patients and families with respect and dignity.
Round on all post‑surgical or procedural patients, provide education for staff, and assist physicians with procedures.
Report all incidents or unusual events to the director or supervisor.
Provide moderate sedation when required; practice within the scope of RN practice.
Schedule:
This is a full‑time, exempt,
benefited position. Work hours are general business hours, mostly Monday‑Friday.
What We’re Looking For
Current state RN license in good standing.
BSN preferred.
ACLS and BLS certifications required.
