Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to obstetric patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, assess progress, and respond to emergencies promptly.
Educate patients and families on labor processes, postpartum care, and newborn care.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
