We are seeking a Phlebotomist to work in our client's office setting. You'll provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of the company. Opportunities for continuous growth within the organization are available.

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm (additional hours/days may be requested as needed).

Work Location:

Royse City, TX 75189.

Benefits:

Employees scheduled 20+ hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part‑time employees scheduled fewer than 20 hours are eligible for the 401(k) Plan only. Employees on a 7‑on/7‑off schedule are eligible for all benefits except PTO/FTO. PSTs may be eligible for the PST Incentive Plan, a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Job Responsibilities

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.

Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.

Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.

Process billing information and collect payments when required.

Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.

Maintain patient and specimen information logs.

Provide superior customer service to all patients.

Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.

Travel to additional sites when needed.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred.

At least 1 year of clinical/hospital phlebotomy experience preferred.

Must be able to work in a fast‑paced/high‑volume environment.

Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.

Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Comfortable working under minimal supervision.

Reliable transportation and clean driving record, if applicable.

Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test.
