Please independently verify any critical information before relying on it.**Description**Accounting/Returns Clerk Qualifications: 2 to 5 years clerical experience in accounting or finance related function, Pharmaceutical experience a plus, Good analytical and math skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Microsoft Excel/Word proficiency, Strong work ethic, Ability to follow supervisory direction, Ability to follow Company SOPs in a quality-oriented environment, Ability to multi-task or change priorities as needed, Ability to work independently and as part of the team, Attention to detail Responsibilities: Product returns processing and data entry Returns due to expired/expiring dating, damages, shortages, or overages Receive Debit Memos from customer/3rd party returns company Maintain returns log to track return history Generate Returned Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) from Syspro Provide RMA to 3rd party returns company Issue credit to customers when return is eligible Coordinating returns for product recalls Chargeback data system administration Provide backup for accounts payable and accounts receivable processing activities Ability to complete a variety of accounting functions including but not limited to: Cash receipts & Accounts Receivable Cash Disbursements & Accounts Payable Assist with other accounting and finance clerical duties as needed. Physical demands: Standing: Prolonged periods of standing on production floor (up to 8–10 hours per shift). Walking: Frequent walking around production and packaging areas. Lifting: Occasionally lift and move products or materials up to 25–50 lbs. Bending/Stooping: Regular bending to inspect lower-level machinery or products. Reaching: Frequent reaching over and around equipment or conveyors. Climbing: Occasionally climb steps or ladders to access equipment or inspection points.
