Assistant Relationship Manager

A DAY IN THE LIFE In this role, you will deliver high-quality customer experience ensuring the customers' needs are met. This role requires accurate and efficient processing of basic to complex financial service transactions with a top of mind focus on detecting and reporting fraud and irregular transactional activities. The Assistant Relationship Manager will take a consultative approach to identifying opportunities of benefit and will assist the customer in depository account opening, maintenance on deposit accounts, consumer lending and other bank ancillary products and services. This position will serve as a referral source to other lines of business for needs and enhancement. This position will support the Relationship Manager with day-to-day tasks to ensure the branch operates efficiently and remains in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements by adhering to policies and procedures. The Assistant Relationship Manager position will contribute and support the overall branch sales goal and will work closely to coach and develop branch colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

Successful candidates will have an Associate's degree in business or related field required;

One to three years' experience in a sales and/or service-oriented position and prior cash handling experience required;

Prior supervisory experience preferred;

Demonstrated excellent customer service skills required;

Ability to use computer to input and retrieve data required.
