We areseeking an experienced, polished, and highly skilled Lead Bartender to overseebar operations and deliver an exceptional beverage experience in our finedining environment. The ideal candidate is a passionate bartender withexperienced mixology skills and a commitment to elevated guest service. Thisrole combines hands-on bartending with management responsibilities, ensuringthe bar program is consistently executed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Featured Cocktail Creation.Collaborate with management and culinary teams to create seasonal cocktailmenus and pairings.
Provide warm, attentive, andknowledgeable service to guests seated at the bar and in the dining room.
Maintain an in-depthunderstanding of spirits, wine, beer, and mixology techniques.
Educate guests on beverageselections and offer thoughtful recommendations.
Lead daily bar operations,including setup, shift management, and closing procedures.
Train, mentor, and guidebartenders and bar support staff.
Ensure all beverages followrecipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
Assist in overseeing barinventory, ordering, and product rotation to minimize waste.
Build and maintain vendorrelationships, source premium spirits and specialty ingredients.
Maintain a cleanand organized bar environment in line with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
3+ years bartending experience
Experience in upscale or finedining environments preferred.
Strong knowledge of classiccocktails, craft techniques, wine, and spirits.
Excellent communication,leadership, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain grace underpressure in a high-volume, high-standard setting.
