Responsibilities This position will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival and directing them to the check‑in area. The employee will maintain lobby cleanliness, engage in conversation with guests arriving on property or waiting to check in, and ensure that each interaction exceeds the expectations of our owners and guests. The staff member will be a visible resource to all partners and will demonstrate a sense of urgency in responding to requests for assistance. They will answer all guest inquiries, identify appropriate resort personnel when needed, clarify needs, react accordingly, and initiate solutions to any concerns that affect owner or guest satisfaction. The role also includes assisting owners and guests with luggage during arrival, departure, or upon request.

Greets guests upon arrival and directs them to the check‑in area.

Maintains lobby cleanliness and engages guests in conversation.

Exceeds expectations of owners and guests in all interactions.

Responds quickly to guest requests and initiates solutions for concerns.

Assists with luggage during arrival, departure, or upon request.

Opens knowledge of resort amenities and activities, including local Orlando attractions.

Provides room orientation and requested amenities.

Assists guests in obtaining transportation if needed.

Qualifications

Self‑directed with strong attention to detail and skilled in conflict/problem resolution.

Consistently provides a high level of professional service.

Works well as part of a team and individually.

Preferred: prior experience in a fast‑paced, moderately to highly stressful environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with TimeshareWare Reservation System is a plus.

Fluency in speaking and understanding English.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with owners, guests, and coworkers.

Strong work ethic, high energy level, and positive attitude.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Commitment to outstanding customer service.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Understanding of TimeshareWare applications.

Basic knowledge of hardware and peripheral devices.

Ability to establish effective working relationships with co‑workers and leaders.

Strong problem‑solving skills.

Capability to see a task through to completion.

Strong organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English.

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.

Previous experience working in a resort front‑office environment, including customer‑service capacity, is preferred.

Work Schedule / Hours Schedules will vary depending on business needs and may entail working nights, weekends, and holidays. Employees must be flexible to work outside of normal departmental operating hours.
