Travel Nurse – Med Surg/Telemetry (Kirtland, OH)
Earn $8,763 per month traveling to the Med Surg/Telemetry units at Kirtland, OH. This is a full‑time, entry‑level position for a dedicated travel nurse.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional patient care in Med Surg/Telemetry settings, monitoring patient conditions and administering treatments.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient histories, treatments, and progress.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions.
Qualifications
Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in Med Surg/Telemetry monitoring.
Adaptability and excellent communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
Current BLS certification and ability to obtain hospital‑specific certifications as required.
