We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a client office. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of the company. You will also have opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Hours/location may vary based on business needs or supervisor requests.)

Employees regularly scheduled for 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part-Time employees working less than 20 hours are eligible for the 401(k) Plan only. Employees on a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible for all benefits except PTO/FTO. This position works at an Obstetrics/Gynecology facility.
Job Responsibilities
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient information
Process billing information and collect payments when required
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Maintain patient and specimen information logs
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed
Travel to additional sites as required
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Phlebotomy certification or completed training from an accredited agency, or prior phlebotomy experience
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Comfortable working with minimal supervision
Reliable transportation required
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Ability to pass a standardized color–blindness test
