Key Responsibilities
Facilitates resolution of client inquiries and issues, ensuring satisfaction
Coordinates special requests and collaborates with internal service teams
Maintains documentation and analyzes trends for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated proficiency in Group Products such as Disability and Life Insurance
Two years of client service experience or equivalent in Insurance or Employee Benefits
Strong knowledge of systems and technology, including Salesforce
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
College degree preferred
