The Life Enrichment Activities Aide delivers and leads life enrichment programs every day. Our calendar is filled with amazing and creative activities that bring fulfillment and joy. These activities have the dual purpose of being therapeutic and promoting both physical & mental health and well‑being. We are always trying new fun ideas. If you like to play games, listen to music and sing songs, and do arts & crafts, this position may be for you!
Pay & Benefits
Starting wages at $14.25 an hour
Hero Pay ($0.85 per hour)
Yearly wage increases

Responsibilities
Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors, creating a positive, healthy environment for healing and thriving.
Assist and lead group and one‑on‑one life enrichment programs.
Encourage attendance and transport to and from life enrichment programs.
Evaluate patients according to background, interests, abilities, physical limitations, and needs for meaningful programs.
Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.
Qualifications
1+ year of related experience in long‑term care preferred.
Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy preferred.
Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
