Lead Maintenance Technician

Churchill Residential, is looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician for its Evergreen at Richardson Senior Community. This position is responsible to provide maintenance, cleaning and repairs of entire property. Responsible for the completion of make ready units and the physical condition and presentation readiness of all apartments prior to occupancy. Performs and assigns resident work orders ensuring that requests are completed within 24 hours. Promotes and works as a team with the maintenance and office staff. Provides outrageous customer service every day. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to Fair Housing and ADA. A valid Texas Driver’s License is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Previous maintenance experience in related industry required. HVAC and Pool Certification required.
