Base Pay Range $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr

What You’ll Do
Operate and monitor machinery
Load/unload materials and assist with packaging
Perform quality checks using tools and fixtures
Support machine operators and complete documentation
Maintain a clean, safe work environment
Training : Begins on 1st shift (7 AM–3 PM) before transitioning to 3rd shift (11 PM–7 AM). Saturday overtime is scheduled in advance.
What You Bring
Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
Willingness to work any shift and overtime as needed
Positive attitude and team‑first mindset
