Now Hiring: Building Maintenance Engineer
About the Role
We’re looking for a Building Maintenance Engineer to join facilities team. You’ll be the expert for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC and building systems at our single location just outside of Buffalo, NY.
Daily Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, lighting, and mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and repair building automation systems.
Replace key HVAC components as needed.
Execute electrical repairs: conduit bending, cable pulling, panel and motor maintenance.
Handle interior and exterior building maintenance, from structural fixes to lighting.
Manage inventory and stock control to keep operations running smoothly.
Skill Recommendations
3+ years of commercial HVAC experience
EPA Universal Certification and OSHA 10 preferred
Strong experience in plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems
Bonus: Familiarity with boilers, carpentry, and general building maintenance

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Buffalo, NY.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
