The Supervisor - Technical Services

is responsible for leading E&C Technicians in the daily activities associated with supporting our RNG and LNG plants and other associated equipment at Kinder Morgan RNG locations throughout Michigan and Indiana.

Kinder Morgan is one of the largest energy infrastructure companies in North America. We own an interest in or operate approximately 84,000 miles of pipelines and 157 terminals. Our pipelines transport natural gas, gasoline, crude oil, carbon dioxide (CO₂) and more. Our terminals store and handle petroleum products, chemicals and other products.

As a working member of a work team, this position will manage or assist in the management of the work group to include mentoring and coaching employees, conducting performance reviews, participating in employment and termination decisions, and providing technical training.

As a working member of a work team, incumbent will perform hands‑on E&C technician work.

Responsible for compliance with all applicable governmental regulations and company policies, specifications, and procedures.

Responsible for the development and implementation of job plans and cost‑effective work procedures.

Assists in the development of annual capital and O&M budgets.

Ensures projects are completed within prescribed budgets and time constraints.

As a company representative, willingly interact with Operations, Engineering, Project Management, customers, suppliers, and contractors.
