What You’ll Do
Design and develop mechanical components and systems using
SolidWorks
for CAD drawings and 3D modeling.
Maintain and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
Collaborate with plant teams and management to implement
continuous improvement initiatives .
Support equipment procurement, installation, and troubleshooting.
Apply
Lean principles
to streamline operations and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements across all projects.
Travel expectation:
You will be expected to travel up to
25%
as part of your role.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Minimum
10 years of relevant experience
in mechanical engineering or manufacturing.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of mechanics, metal forming, and finishing processes.
Proficiency in
3D modeling
and CAD design (SolidWorks required).
Experience with manufacturing equipment procurement and installation.
Familiarity with
Lean tools and applications .
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Physical Requirements
Ability to distinguish colors for quality control (frequent).
Occasional bending, stooping, and light lifting.
Periods of sitting or standing as needed.
