Overview New England's leading car wash company, ScrubaDub, is seeking a Full‑time Mechanic/Maintenance Super Star to join our team. With over 50 years of family‑owned experience, we are transforming the car wash experience across New England and looking for talented individuals to grow with us.
Our mechanics ensure the proper operation and performance of auto wash equipment and mechanical systems, supporting 2‑5 car washes per site. Responsibilities include identifying, repairing, replacing, and installing equipment and systems as needed, and working in collaboration with our Management and Maintenance Department. We will train individuals who meet the following requirements.
Requirements
Demonstrated knowledge in heavy equipment operation, service, control wiring, relays, welding, plumbing, or heating/air‑conditioning systems and related components (e.g., unit heaters, pumps, safety controls, valves).
Experience maintaining tools, supplies, and equipment (e.g., torches, cutters, drills, test equipment, filters, control components, fan blades, gaskets, seals).
Ability to manage and maintain a truck inventory, ensuring required parts and equipment are available at assigned locations.
Strong independence and good communication skills.
At least 2 years of mechanical repair experience or 2 years of educational experience with 1 year of field technical experience in plumbing, electrical, or general mechanical repair. Welding experience is a plus.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English. Must be able to use a computer and cell phone.
