Location:

Greely, CO

Work Shift:

5 10‑hour days

Starting Wage:

$32/hr+

Benefits:

Medical & insurance, 40‑hour bonus payout and paid holidays after 1 year; 80‑hour bonus payout after 2 years; 120‑hour bonus payout after 5 years

Responsibilities

Participate in annual performance evaluations and provide direct feedback and coaching.

Communicate and coordinate with other Foremen to ensure optimal workflow, quality, and safety.

Ensure safety of LPR personnel; identify and resolve risks; create a proactive zero‑injury culture.

Ensure quality of crew work by adhering to LPR quality plans and designs.

Review designs for schedule, cost, quality, function, and aesthetics; implement effective schedule changes.

Input field operation data into project files, logs, records, including payroll time entry.

Plan, coordinate, and schedule equipment needed for the work area.

Perform labor as needed (e.g., welding, installing bolts, layout, unloading trucks, operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, aerial lifts).

Report all accidents to the GF and Safety Department within one hour after necessary EMS steps.

Establish and maintain positive, long‑term relationships with customers.

Understand and execute drawings; lay out and install miscellaneous metals—stairs, handrails, etc.

Align consistently with the organization’s core values.

Required Experience

5–7+ years of experience in Structural Steel craft supervising.

Flexible schedule to work additional hours, including weekends.

Experience reading blueprints.

NCCER Ironworker Plus Certification preferred (but not required).

OSHA 30 Certification preferred (but not required).

Self‑starter, highly motivated, goal‑oriented with leadership skills.
