Electrical Estimator – Winter Garden, FL
Salary range: $75,000–$125,000. This role is based in our Winter Garden office.
Our client, a trusted name in Florida’s HVAC and electrical services industry, is seeking a skilled Electrical Estimator to support both commercial and residential projects in a client‑focused operation. What You’ll Do
Estimate electrical construction projects based on electrical drawings and building plans
Design and estimate lighting systems for buildings
Manage multiple concurrent projects with accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with project managers and job superintendents to capture detailed project requirements
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and subcontractors
Prepare and submit bids, develop budgets, and participate in bid review meetings
Track project progress and maintain bid‑to‑award statistics
Generate detailed technical reports and cost models
Stay current on local building codes and electrical code requirements
What You Bring
Proven experience estimating for commercial, industrial, and healthcare electrical projects
Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and best practices
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects with precision
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
Familiarity with Accubid estimating software (or similar platforms with some Accubid exposure)
Electrical Journeyman license is a plus, but not required
