We offer an exciting Senior Land Surveyor position in North Dakota, where you will lead projects and field crews across transportation and municipal markets. You will act as a technical leader, managing resources, communication, and project oversight, while fostering professional development for the team. What You Will Do
Project Technical Lead (70%) – manage and lead survey activities during proposal, design, and construction stages, oversee survey scope, assist with change orders, maintain schedules, ensure quality and responsiveness, supervise team survey activities, review project documents, drawings, calculations & specifications.
Team Mentorship & Development (20%) – provide strategic direction and oversight, coach, train, and develop staff for growth and opportunity.
Business Development (10%) – partner with relevant business units and sales teams to promote revenue growth, assist proposal efforts, and maintain client relationships.
What We Expect From You
PLS in North Dakota license required.
Analytical and self‑motivated, capable of high‑pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills and effective relationship building.
Experience managing multiple projects with clear expectations and timeliness.
Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills.
Initiatives and openness to innovation, understanding organizational risk.
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. and a valid driver’s license.
Willingness to travel.
Embrace evolving technology and AI tools for continuous improvement.
