Civil Engineer Manager
role. This position leads a small team and manages design and development of civil engineering projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Lead a small civil engineering team in project planning, design, and execution.
Develop engineering designs for infrastructure, mining, DOTs, structural and other civil projects.
Ensure projects meet regulatory standards and exceed client expectations.
Maintain safety compliance and promote a culture of quality and reliability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
5+ years of related experience.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Leadership experience of 2+ years.
Experience with Bentley ORD, AutoDesk Civil 3D, GeoPak, InRoads, OpenRoads or hydraulics analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to simplify technical issues for diverse audiences.
Preferred
Mining experience.
