What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide pre‑and post‑sales technical support, including system planning and optimization
Become an expert on the operation and application of advanced radio and networking solutions
Prepare and conduct product demonstrations for customer evaluations
Troubleshoot field failures and provide technical support during customer visits
Collect and analyze field data to provide feedback for future product development
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field with at least 2 years of experience in a pre‑and post‑sales technical support position; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
Proficiency with radio frequency instruments such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers
Willingness to travel and work at customer sites
Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one within 12 months of hire
Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with Linux operating systems
Proficiency with TCP/IP protocol and networking
Experience with operating and testing IP radios/modems
Knowledge of wireless communication systems and digital communication technologies
Proficiency with programming languages such as C/C++
