Pay and Benefits
Starting salary $27–$40 per hour, depending on experience
Tool allowance reimbursement up to $125 a month
Boot allowance up to $275
Sign‑on bonus of $1,500

Hours and Location
Monday – Friday, 4:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. (second shift)
No weekends
Stable hours for financial security and work‑life balance
Repair/maintenance shop at the Whitestown, IN hauling site
Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on trucks and equipment
Estimate time and material costs for vehicle repairs and new parts
Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs)
Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns
Conduct safety checks on vehicles
Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage and repair times
Review and complete repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports
Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with corporate and OSHA standards
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Over 18 years of age
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Ability to perform physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodations
Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screen and physical exam

Physical Demands and Work Environment
