Our Client is seeking a
Behavioral Health Aide
to work in Los Angeles, CA.
Hours
Long term contracts, Flexible hours available.
Evening hours and weekend hours available.
Summary of Client’s Description of This Opportunity
Maintains appropriate workplace decorum including adhering to the schedule as outlined.
Works with individual students or small groups of students to reinforce learning and social skills initially introduced by the teacher or other professional.
Assists in the implementation of the IEP for the student and helps monitor progress.
Documents student's daily activities (e.g., behavior, assignment completion, etc.) for the purpose of completing daily logs.
Client’s Required Skills and Experience
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
2 years experience working with at‑risk youth.
Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.
Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR, and First Aid certification.
