Speech‑Language Pathologist – The Menta Education Group
Responsible for providing speech‑language assistance to students in accordance with their IEPs. The role includes supervision, educational support, IEP goal development, service delivery, and documentation. Location & Hours
6400 W. Main St. Suite 3 "O", Belleville, IL 62223 8:00 am – 3:30 pm CT, Monday‑Friday, following the school calendar. Direct hire with the school; return year after year with no annual contract. Intrastate travel required. Base Pay Range
$38,000.00/yr – $70,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Supervise students in groups and individually, monitoring behavior to ensure alignment with programmatic expectations. Provide educational direction and support during times of confusion, frustration, and emotional upset. Develop and update IEP goals and progress reports for the student caseload. Provide speech‑language related service minutes as dictated on the IEP. Maintain accurate related service logs, updated weekly. Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an ASHA‑accredited university program. Current Speech‑Language Pathology license from IDFPR. Clinical Competency Certification (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed. Potential for supervisory minutes for the right candidate. Compensation & Benefits
