Compensation Base pay range: $38.00/hr – $43.00/hr. Pay will be based on experience and qualifications.

Essential Functions
Deliver quality care within the scope of practice for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses as defined by state law.
Administer medications to offenders and monitor vital signs, reporting changes to appropriate medical staff.
Assist in the development and implementation of teaching plans focused on health promotion and restoration.
Care for wounds with appropriate cleaning, dressing, and bandaging.
Document all care activities in the Medication Administration Record (MAR) and medical records.
Perform other nursing duties as assigned by the Medical Director, Division Officer, or Registered Nurse.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate from an approved Licensed Practical Nursing program.
Hold a current Practical Nurse license in the state of employment.
Maintain an active CPR certification.
Demonstrate knowledge of applicable state laws and regulations governing nursing practice.
Successfully complete initial and annual clinical competency reviews as required.
