Base Pay Range $51,830.00/yr - $79,300.00/yr
Job Description Responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients in support of, and as directed by, the physician. Observes, conducts, and documents a thorough assessment of patient’s medical status during the entire course of treatment.
Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care to patients in support of, and as directed by, the physician.
Administer medications and document therapeutic effects.
Observe, conduct, and document a thorough assessment of patient’s medical status during the entire course of treatment.
Perform assigned back office duties and rotate as a telephone triage nurse in an efficient and professional manner.
Perform all duties in accordance with Practice policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing or a Nursing Vocational or Nursing Technical school.
Current License to practice as a Practical Nurse in New York State required.
Specialized certifications as needed.
