Location: Sun City, AZ (FSC) Salary Range: $86,000–$105,000 Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $10,000 Weekly Patient‑Volume Bonus: Yes LIFT Loan Repayment Incentive: Up to $25,000 Fully paid training, certification, and educational programming through Evidence in Motion (EIM) Responsibilities
Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination. Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care that meet each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle. Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain. Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust treatment approaches based on progress and clinical presentation. Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey. Qualifications
Current Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in Arizona or ability to obtain a DPT license. Recent graduates, experienced PTs, and students graduating soon are encouraged to apply. CPR and first aid certification required. Benefits
