Summary:
The Arc of Anchorage is seeking a compassionate and experienced full-time
Registered Nurse
to join our team. This full-time position will include approximately
50% nursing duties
and
50% direct service care
within The Arc’s group homes, supporting adults—many of whom are medically fragile—in their home environments. You will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing nursing assessments, care coordination, and clinical oversight under the Medicaid Waiver Program, serving as a vital resource for staff, families, and the individuals we support ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care in alignment with our mission and values.
Qualifications:
Active Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (5 years and supervisory or discharge planning experience preferred)
Valid Alaska driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to pass background checks and required training
