Physical Therapist – Acute – Part Time Weekends
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join the team at INTEGRIS Health Canadian Valley Hospital in Yukon, OK. This part‑time position requires covering Saturday and Sunday shifts and delivering exceptional care to our patients. Responsibilities
Interpret referrals; examine, evaluate, and develop or modify a physical therapy plan of care with anticipated goals and expected outcomes. Conduct comprehensive physical, psychosocial, and safety assessments, as evidenced by clinical documentation. Coordinate patient care with other clinical team members, ensuring optimal communication documented in the clinical record. Direct Physical Therapy Assistants in performing specific treatment components, remaining responsible for the episode of patient care. Act as clinical instructor or assist with orientation of new employees or volunteers. Qualifications
Required
Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy (PT). PT or Temporary PT license, BLS within 30 days of hire. Valid Oklahoma State driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must have a current vehicle (INTEGRIS‑owned or personal).
Preferred
Previous relevant experience. Aquatics Department: 2 years of experience and aquatic expertise. Therapy Resource Pool: 2 years of experience. Community Re‑entry Department: 2 years of inpatient rehabilitation experience. Hand Therapy Department: Certified Hand Therapist. All applicants will receive consideration regardless of membership in any protected status as defined by applicable state or federal law, including protected veteran or disability status.
