Join us for the Hiring Event at the Wayne Public Library: Wednesday, January 21, 2026 from 10am-1pm, 461 Valley Road, Wayne, NJ 07470.
We are hiring for our Adults Residential programs – Direct Support Professionals – All shifts. You will be employed within our Community Residential Services for Adults, helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to realize their best life. Direct Support Professionals help those in our care to reach their highest potential, while gaining experience and learning new skills.
We are hiring across Pompton Lakes, Oakland, Dumont and Montville, NJ. Various schedules and shifts are currently available, including days, evenings, and overnights.

Qualifications We're Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who:
Are 18 years of age or older.
Possess a high school diploma or GED.
Have a current driver's license in good standing.
Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills.
Have the ability and willingness to work weekends.
