Position Overview
Clinical Care Coordinator III – RN at Sarasota Memorial Health Care System, FPG Colorectal Surgery office located in Waldemere Medical Plaza on the Sarasota Memorial Hospital campus.
Key Responsibilities The Clinical Care Coordinator demonstrates competency to provide patient care according to age‑specific population needs and assists in managing patient care in the physician office setting under the direct supervision of a provider.
Qualifications
Basic Life Support/CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or diploma program.
Minimum 1 year of clinical practice experience in a medical/physician office setting.
Florida RN license.
Preferred: Electronic Health Records experience.
Preferred: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Preferred: Strong oral and written communication skills.
Preferred: Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining proficiency and efficiency.
ASN or BSN from accredited nursing school.
Work Schedule Monday to Friday; no weekends or holidays.
Background Screening All individuals providing care to vulnerable populations are required to undergo background screening through The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
