Role Description This full‑time, on‑site Therapist position is located in Columbia, SC. Responsibilities include:
Providing individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence‑based approaches tailored to client needs.
Conducting initial assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining detailed progress notes.
Actively participating in clinical team collaboration, training, and supervision.
Regularly communicating with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
Proficiency in evidence‑based therapeutic practices for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
Strong clinical skills in assessments, treatment planning, and interventions for individuals, couples, and families.
Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain accurate documentation of client progress.
Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
Licensure in South Carolina (LPC, LMFT, LISW‑CP, or equivalent) or eligibility for licensure.
Commitment to professional development, supervision, and training.
Experience working with diverse populations and a collaborative team mindset.
