As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well and bring their power back. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You are a healer and a helper who sees the whole patient, designing programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. You adapt to patient needs, enjoy variety in settings, collaborate with peers, and refer patients to additional care as needed. You train patients and caregivers on skills that promote independence and productivity.

Hiring Process

Qualifications
Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy–related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
