Mobile Crisis Intervention Clinician (Overnights) – Relief
Location: Riverside Community Care – Charlotte, NC, United States
Job Overview: The Mobile Crisis Intervention Clinician will provide on‑call crisis support and therapeutic services to individuals experiencing acute psychological distress. The role is focused on immediate assessment, stabilization, and connection to ongoing mental health resources during overnight hours.
Responsibilities
Conduct on‑call crisis assessments and therapeutic interventions for individuals experiencing acute psychological distress.
Develop safety plans and provide stabilization during overnight hours.
Collaborate with community partners, crisis lines, and mental health providers to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of assessments, interventions, and services.
Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
Licensed or credentialed practitioner (e.g., LCSW, LPC, CMHC).
Minimum of 2 years of crisis or community mental health experience.
Excellent communication, empathy, crisis intervention, and assessment skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts, evenings, and weekends.
Proficiency with electronic health records and case management software.

Job Overview: JMT’s Construction Management Team is seeking a Transportation Technician I to apply standard inspection procedures on ongoing transportation construction activities across North Carolina.
Essential Functions
Perform inspection of contractor operations on roadway and bridge construction projects to verify conformance to plans and specifications.
Conduct routine material testing and track quantities of pay items.
Maintain records including material certifications, testing reports, and inspector’s daily diaries.
Collaborate with project team members to address quality and safety issues.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
Associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Survey Technology, or related curriculum; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
NCDOT certifications (Concrete Field Technician, QMS Roadway Technician, Conventional Density Testing) preferred.
Construction inspection experience on NCDOT projects preferred.
Must successfully complete and pass JMT’s Motor Vehicle screening.
Working Conditions
Field work in outside environments with exposure to heights, highway traffic, and rough terrain.
Physical activity including walking, climbing, balancing, kneeling, and standing; lift up to 50 lbs.
Work nights and weekends as required.
