Pay: Entry rate starting at $19.00 per hour; $1000.00 Sign‑On Bonus for Full‑Time Direct Care position paid out at 3 and 6 Months!

What you will do You will provide safety and around‑the‑clock supervision for our residential youth and promote an atmosphere that is professional and supportive. You will monitor and document their behaviors and actions, participate and assist with educational and recreational activities, and work in collaboration with other departments to establish and meet the goals of each youth’s treatment plan.

To be considered you must:

Demonstrate empathy, patience, respect, and a genuine desire to work with troubled teens.

Be at least 21 years old, pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical exam, and TB test.

Possess a current State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record for the past three years.

Have relevant life experience in child welfare, mental health, or juvenile justice, either as a mentor or caregiver.

Must possess one of the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree, a valid Child Development Teaching Permit, 12 semester units in Early Childhood Education, Adolescent Development, Psychology, certification as an Alcohol or Drug Counselor, or one year of full‑time experience in a group home, therapeutic program, or substance abuse treatment program.

Morning A Shift: Sunday - Wednesday 6:00 am - 5:00 pm

Evening A Shift: Sunday - Wednesday 11:00 am - 10:00 pm

Morning B Shift: Wednesday - Saturday 6:00 am - 5:00 pm

Evening B Shift: Wednesday - Saturday 11:00 am - 10:00 pm
