Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care.
Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans
Perform physical therapy treatments using various therapeutic techniques and modalities
Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and home exercise programs
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care
Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards
Participate in team meetings and care planning sessions
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
Current Texas Physical Therapy license
Valid BLS/CPR certification
Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills
Proven experience in developing and implementing treatment plans
Strong documentation and electronic medical record skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
Experience working with diverse patient populations
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience or coursework in pelvic health (Herman & Wallace/APTA preferred) is a PLUS!
Additional Information
Compensation: $78,000+ Starting Base Annual Salary * Salary is Based on Experience Level!
