Whitney Rehabilitation Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
Pay: Up to $38/hour based on experience, plus shift and weekend differentials.

Summary of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practice and regulations and as directed by the Director of Nursing.
Qualifications
Up to date first aid and CPR certification.
Current LPN license in NC.
Exceptional staff training and customer service skills.
Compassionate and friendly demeanor.
Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Must be vaccinated for Covid.
Responsibilities
Provide bedside care. Administer medications and document therapeutic effects.
Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
Assist with resident comfort.
Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas.
Collect samples and monitor catheters.
Provide wound care.
Help coach staff as necessary.
