for active projects.
Role Description As a Construction Safety Professional / EHS Consultant, you will act as a third-party, client-facing safety representative, providing on-site safety oversight, compliance support, and risk mitigation for complex construction projects. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who can work independently and influence safety culture in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site construction safety and EHS support
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and field observations
Support high-risk construction activities
Ensure compliance with OSHA 1926 and OSHA 1910
Promote and influence a strong safety culture
Communicate with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors
Document findings and support corrective actions
Required Qualifications
5–7+ years of construction safety experience
BCSP certification required (CHST, ASP, CSP, ST-SC)
Strong working knowledge of OSHA 1926 / 1910 regulations
Experience working as a third-party safety consultant
Comfortable working on-site in a client-facing role
Ability to work independently on active construction projects

No fixed start date — assignments depend on project demand
